This is one of the earliest books on the shelf, Published in 1991.  A hard back edition, it really is a rare find.  It has photos of rare red tinged shui xian hua and of the unusual split doubles.  The authors are famous Zhangzhou, Fujian, experts on carving and caring for this beautiful flower. 
        Along with the beautiful photography, the text includes specific instructions and illustrations on carving the bulbs.
